The most recent inspection found two hot-held items below temperature, but staff corrected it on the spot by reheating to 165°F and all other hot items were within safe range. Past issues were paperwork-related (food worker cards, menu labeling) rather than actual contamination or handling risks, so overall the pattern doesn't show ongoing danger.
