    The temperature of the wash solution in spray-type warewashers that use chemicals to sanitize may not be less than 120°F. AMC 16.60.150(4-501.110.B) ***DURING INSPECTION THE BAR WAREWASH WAS TESTED AT 105*F, THIS IS BELOW THE REQUIRED 120*F MINIMUM. THE WAREWASH MACHINE TESTED AT 50 PPM FOR CHLORINE SANITIZING. ENSURE THE WAREWASH MACHINE IS REPAIRED TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE GUIDANCE.

AMC 16.60.280 ***The ONLY approved testing site for the Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card is at www.muni.org/foodcard ***The test is available in English, Spanish, Korean, Tagalog, Vietnamese and Chinese. ***The Anchorage Food Worker course and card fee is $10.
