Recent inspections show only minor administrative issues—an unlabeled sanitizer container (corrected on site) and a paperwork gap in documenting employee health reporting agreements—neither of which indicates actual food contamination, pest problems, or improper food temperatures. Several inspections in between had no violations at all, suggesting generally safe food handling practices.
