The most recent inspection found one issue—salmon thawed in sealed packaging against manufacturer instructions—but staff corrected it immediately by breaking the seal and discarding the affected fish, and the prior inspection had no violations at all. This shows a generally well-run operation that responds quickly to food-safety concerns, so it's fine to eat here.
