An iodine solution shall be least 12.5 ppm and not more than 25 ppm. AMC 16.60.150(4-501.114) ***SANITIZING SOLUTION USED TO SANITIZE SURFACES WAS MEASURED AT 0PPM DURING THIS INSPECTION. FOOD WORKER WAS DIRECTED TO REMAKE THE SANITIZER SO THAT IT WAS AT ACCEPTABLE LEVELS. SANITIZER WAS CORRECTED DURING THIS INSPECTION.
