A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. AMC 16.60.170(6-301.14) ***THERE WAS NO SIGNAGE POSTED IN THE EMPLOYEE RESTROOM TO INDICATE THAT EMPLOYEES NEED TO WASH THEIR HANDS PRIOR TO RETURNING TO WORK. ENSURE THAT ALL RESTROOMS USED BY FOOD WORKERS HAVE SIGNAGE REMINDING THEM TO WASH THEIR HANDS PRIOR TO RETURNING TO WORK TO HELP PREVENT THE SPREAD OF FOODBORNE ILLNESS.
