317 W 104TH AVE 100 , ANCHORAGE AK 99518
The most recent inspection (2025) only cited a paperwork issue—lack of a formal written employee health policy—not an actual contamination or handling problem. A 2023 cooler temperature issue was promptly corrected (food discarded/moved) and no repeat issues appeared since, so there's no current evidence of ongoing food-safety risk.

AMC 16.60.140(3-501.16.A.2.a) Bacterial growth and/or toxin production can occur if time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food remains in the temperature "Danger Zone" 41*F to 135*F too long.
