AMC 16.60.170(6-301.14) ***THERE WAS NO SIGANGE AT ANY OF THE HANDWASHING STATIONS IN THE FCAILITY INDICATING THAT THE HANDWASHING STATIONS ARE ONLY TO BE USED FOR HANDWASHING. ENSURE THAT PROPER SIGNAGE IS POSTED IN ORDER TO ENCOURAGE PROPER HANDWASHING WITHIN THE FACILITY. PERSON IN CHARGE WAS INFORMED AND INDICATED THAT THE SIGNAGE WILL BE ACQUIRED.

Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be held between uses in an approved chemical sanitizer solution at the required concentration. AMC 16.60.140(3-304.14. B) ***OBSERVED DAMP IN USE WIPING CLOTHS BEING STORED OUTSIDE OF SANITIZING SOLUTION. ENSURE WHEN STORING WET IN USE RAGS THAT THEY'RE STORED IN SANITIZER TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION.
