AMC 16.60.170(6-301.14) **THERE WAS NO SIGNAGE IN THE TOILET ROOMS USED BY FOOD EMPLOYEES TO INDICATE THAT FOOD EMPLOYEES NEED TO WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK. THIS INSPECTOR PROVIDED A SIGN THAT INSTRUCTS EMPLOYEES TO WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER USING THE TOILET ROOM AND BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK TO THE PERMIT HOLDER. PERMIT HOLDER PUT THE SIGNS UP IN ALL TOILET ROOMS INTENDED FOR USE BY FOOD EMPLOYEES WHILE THIS INSPECTOR WAS PRESENT. VIOLATION WAS CORRECTED ON-SITE. FOLLOW DIRECTIVE ABOVE.
