Recent inspections found mostly paperwork issues—missing food worker/manager cards, unsigned health policy forms, and a broken paper towel dispenser—rather than active food contamination, pest problems, or improper temperature handling. These are administrative/documentation gaps that should be fixed but don't indicate an immediate food-safety hazard to diners.
