Recent inspections show only minor administrative/documentation issues, like missing employee health policy paperwork and a newly installed handsink not yet fully stocked with soap/towels—these were corrected on the spot and don't indicate active contamination, pest issues, or improper food temperatures. No violations point to real, current food-safety danger.
