Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. AMC 16.60.170(6-501.11) ***OBSERVED WATER LEAKING FROM THE CEILING THE TOILET ROOM. WATER IS DETERMINED TO BE FROM EITHER BURST POTABLE WATER LINE. LEAKING IN NOT OCCURRING IN ANY OTHER OTHERS OF THE FACILITY. PIC HAS NOTIFIED THE PROPERTY OWNER. ENSURE THAT LEAK IS REPAIRED AND SURFACES DAMAGED BY WATER ARE REPLACED.
