The most recent inspection only cited paperwork/procedural issues—missing written employee health policy, no consumer advisory signage for raw beef, and wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer between uses. There were no findings of unsafe holding temperatures, contamination, or pest activity, so these are manageable administrative fixes rather than immediate food-safety hazards.
