If a water tank is designed with an access port for inspection and cleaning, the opening shall be in the top of the tank and: (A) Flanged upward at least 13 mm (one-half inch); and (B) Equipped with a port cover assembly that is: (1) Provided with a gasket and a device for securing the cover in place, and (2) Flanged to overlap the opening and sloped to drain. AMC 16.60.160(5-302.12) ***ENSURE THAT THE ACCESS PORT TO THE POTABLE WATER TANK IS SECURED WITH A LOCKING COVER TO PREVENT ACCESS.
Toilet rooms shall be conveniently located and accessible to employees during all hours of operation. AMC 16.60.170(6-402.11) APPLICATION INDICATES OPERATION FROM 6PM TO 2AM THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY. THE PERSON IN CHARGE INDICATED THAT THEY WILL BE OPENING AS EARLY AS 11AM. RESTROOM AGREEMENT LETTER NEEDS TO INDICATE THE TIME FOOD WORKERS CAN ACCESS RESTROOMS. ACCESS NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED DURING ALL HOURS OF THIS FACILITIES OPERATIONS. RENT-A-CAN STYLE TOILETS ARE NOT APPROVED FOR USE BY FOOD WORKERS. PROVIDE AN UPDATED RESTROOM AGREEMENT LETTER THAT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS STATED ABOVE.
