AMC 16.60.140(3-801.11.B) **OBSERVED UNPATURIZED EGGS IN WALK-IN REFRIGERATOR AND "EGGS COOKED TO ORDER" AND "FRIED EGGS" LISTED ON THE ESTABLISHMENT'S MENU. FURTHER DISCUSSION WITH THE PIC INDICATED THAT THE ESTABLISHMENT USES UNPASTURIZED EGGS THAT ARE COOKED TO ORDER. ENSURE PASTURIZED EGGS ARE THE ONLY EGGS USED FOR "EGGS COOKED TO ORDER" AND "FRIEND EGGS."
