AMC 16.60.535.D *OBSERVED LIGHT ENTERING FROM A BREAK IN THE DOOR SWEEP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR NEXT TO THE BAR THAT LEADS TO THE OUTDOORS. REPAIR / REPLACE THE DOOR SWEEP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE AFOREMENTIONED DOOR. ENSURE ALL OPENINGS TO THE OUTSIDE ARE EFFECTIVELY PROTECTED AGAINST THE ENTRANCE OF RODENTS, INSECTS, AND OTHER PESTS BY FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIVE ABOVE.
Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. AMC 16.60.170(6-201.11) **OBSERVED FLOOR TO WALL JOINTS WITHOUT COVE-BASING. ALL JOINTS WHERE THE WALL MEETS THE FLOOR HAVE A COVE-BASE TO ENSURE IT IS SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. A chemical sanitizer used in a sanitizing solution for a manual or mechanical operation shall be used as follows: Chlorine = 100 ppm if water is 55°F or less, Chlorine = 50 ppm if water is 75°F or less,Chlorine = 25 ppm if water is 120°F or less. A quaternary ammonium compound shall be used in accordance with the manufacturer label. An iodine solution shall be least 12.5 ppm and not more than 25 ppm.AMC 16.60.150(4-501.114) ***NO DETECTABLE QUATERNARY AMMONIUM RESIDUAL WAS MEASURED AT THE MANUAL WAREWASHING SANITIZING SINK. THIS COULD BE DUE TO THE TEMPERATURE OF THE WATER AVAILABLE AT THIS SINK. ECO-LAB TECHNICIAN WAS ON-SITE DURING THIS INSPECTION AND STATE THAT A MIXING-VALUE WILL BE INSTALLED TO CORRECT THE WATER TEMPERATURE. ENSURE SANITIZING SOLUTION IS PREPARED AS DIRECTED ABOVE.
