The only issues found were minor equipment maintenance items—a missing thermometer in one fridge and a flaking (but not contaminated) interior surface in a prep table—neither of which involved actual food temperature abuse, contamination, or pest problems. The prior year's inspection had no violations at all, suggesting good overall practices.
