OBSERVED TONGS DROPPED ON THE GROUND, TONGS WERE RINSED WITH HAND WASH STATION WATER AND WERE RETURNED TO THE GRILL FOR SERVICE. INSPECTOR INSTRUCTED THE VENDOR TO WASH TONGS BEFORE RETURN TO USE. EXTRA TONGS WERE AVAILABLE.
