ALL FOOD WORKERS WHO WORK AT THIS FACILITY NEED TO OBTAIN A FOOD WORKERS CARD BY THE COMPLIANCE DATE AND THEY NEED TO BE READILY AVAILABLE WHEN THE NEXT INSPECTION IS CONDUCTED.
