AMC 16.60.150(4-501.113) **THE WAREWASHING MACHINE IN THE PREP-AREA DOES NOT HAVE A PRESSURE GAUGE OR MEASUREMENT DEVICE AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, THEREFORE THE FLOW PRESSURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED DURING THIS INSPECTION. ALL WAREWASHING MACHINES MUST HAVE A PRESSURE GAUGE OR MEASUREMENT DEVICE INSTALLED AND BEING USED AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. PERMIT HOLDER STATED THEY WILL PUT IN A WORK ORDER TO HAVE THE PRESSURE MEASURING DEVICE INSTALLED. PERMIT HOLDER MUST ENSURE THIS WAREWASHING MACHINE IS NOT USED UNTIL THE PRESSURE DEVICE HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND IS IN WORKING ORDER. PERMIT HOLDER TO USE THE MAIN WAREWASHING MACHINE IN THE DISHPIT AREA UNTIL THE AFOREMENTIONED MACHINE HAS BEEN CORRECTED.
